Perhaps they should even take it further and refuse to let you leave hospital until you\u2019ve set up your Twitter account and started to follow a few on the #gbdoc people\u2026 okay, maybe not.&#8221;<\/strong><\/div>\n<h3>How? What? Where? Why?<\/h3>\n<p>I&#8217;ve created a leaflet which explains how social media has been useful to us; when we&#8217;ve used it and the responses we got back; the types of social media channels available; how to start.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:#FF9;\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> You can easily get to this page using the URL: <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/circlesofblueleaflet\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/circlesofblueleaflet<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Click the leaflet on the right to download it, have a read and let me know what you think.
